  • Thank God I was able to bring a homeless young woman and her 3yrs. old child to the St. Agnus homeless shelter for women before the freeze came and they took both of them in. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

  • St. Agnes is a beautiful church. It will be our new go to Catholic Church in Baton Rouge. We moved to Ascension Parish 10 years ago and have not been satisfied with the masses in that area. We went to St. Agnes last Saturday and are just as pleased as we can be. We were used to a more traditional mass and not one with a lot of drama, piano playing and people who cannot sing, which is what we find in Ascension Parish Catholic Churches. So, if you are looking for a traditional Catholic Mass without all of the theatrics this is the place to go.
